3D printer design
We have in house capability to design and manufacture custom 3D printer solutions including pellet extruders. At Polylab we have over 8 years experience designing and building 3 D printers.
Custom Extruder design
At Polylab we work with our customers to develop solutions that meet their requirements from volumetric output, to Low and Higher temp pellet extruders.
This can be in form of modified Bravo extruder or a fully custom model.
Electronic Design
Our engineers have combine over 10 years experience designing prototype electronics design and manufacture. We have the capability to provide schematics and PCB's with SMT and through hole components.
3D Design
We provide 3D CAD services for any type of 3D model you can think of!
3D Printing
At Polylab we provide a 3D printing service with the ability to print in exotic materials, we have worked with universities and other research institutes in printing prototype materials in pellet form.
CNC Machining
At Polylab we provide a low volume CNC machining service, using our CNC routers (600mm X 900mm x 120mm) & (2400mm x 3000mm x 200mm) and CNC Mill.
